What is the first step to getting my Garden Room?
You'll meet with a member of our team and we'll create a bespoke design for your Garden Room.
How long does it take to build a Garden Room?
After confirming the design of your bespoke Garden Room it will take 6-8 weeks for delivery of materials. Once everything has arrived it will take 1-2 weeks to build.
What type of foundation is used in my Garden Room?
It depends, this will be discussed with you during the design phase. It can either be screw piles, post and concrete block or a concrete base.
How much does a Garden Room cost?
Our bespoke Garden Rooms are custom priced based on your requirements. Prices from €17,000.
Can I use my Garden Room during winter?
Yes, our Garden Rooms are well insulated and eco friendly.
Do I need planning permission to build a Garden Room?
Most Garden Room projects won't need planning permission, it depends on the build size. We will advise you if you need planning permission.
Can you install plumbing and electricity in my Garden Room?
Yes, for an extra cost we can plumb and install electrics in your Garden Room.
Can you paint and decorate my Garden Room?
Yes, for an extra cost we can paint and/or decorate your Garden Room.
